  • Private Pay offers a more personalized and flexible therapy experience without the restrictions of insurance. Many clients choose private pay for greater privacy, faster access to appointments, and the freedom to focus on goals that matter most to them.

    Private pay is often a helpful option for;

    Private pay rates range from $140–$225 depending on therapist, session type, and specialty service.

    We also offer select insurance options and out-of-network receipts when available.

Haven of Healing For Youth & Families, LLC is committed to making quality mental health care accessible and transparent. Fees for counseling services may vary depending on the type of service provided, session length, and treatment needs. We may accept select insurance plans and offer private-pay options for clients who prefer self-payment or whose insurance is out of network. Clients are encouraged to verify mental health benefits, coverage details, copays, deductibles, and authorization requirements directly with their insurance provider prior to services.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment may include major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other approved payment methods.

If you are uninsured or choosing to self-pay, you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under federal law. Please contact us with any questions regarding fees, insurance participation, billing, or payment options.
