Online Therapy for Parenting, Family & Relationship Stress
When home life feels tense or relationships feel disconnected, it can be hard to know where to begin. You may be worried about your child, worn down by repeated arguments, or looking for a better way to communicate.
I support children, teens, families, and couples facing anxiety, trauma, and emotional or behavioral challenges. Together, we can work toward stronger communication and more stability in everyday life.

My Approach to Therapy
I want therapy to be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself—including the parts of your life that feel messy, uncertain, or hard to talk about.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a practical focus to our work. We’ll make room for your experiences while also looking at what could help now—whether that’s navigating a difficult conversation, responding differently when emotions run high, or finding ways to feel more connected at home. Your perspective matters, and I welcome honest conversations about what feels helpful and what needs to change.
Your experience will be collaborative, structured, and paced, with a focus on emotional safety, skill-building, and practical tools you can use outside of sessions. Therapy is strengths-based and non-judgmental, designed to support meaningful progress and lasting change.
We’ll build on the strengths you already have and take time to notice the changes that matter to you. You’ll have room to ask questions, practice new skills, and move at a pace that respects your readiness.
Who I Work With
I work with children, teens, families, individuals and couples who want support navigating emotional challenges, strengthening relationships, and finding more stability in everyday life.
About Aubrey
Experience matters. So does human connection and feeling like you’re talking to a real person.
I’m Aubrey Dollings, LPC, M.Ed. I bring more than a decade of professional and lived experience to my work with children, teens, families, and couples. My experience includes supporting youth with complex needs and involvement in care systems, as well as couples experiencing conflict and relationship strain.
I’m also a mom, partner, grandma, aunt, sister, and survivor. I understand relationships on both a professional and a personal level—the love and connection they can bring, along with the uncertainty, hurt, and hard conversations that sometimes come with them.
These parts of my life shape the warmth and compassion I bring to therapy. They also remind me that every person’s story is different. I want to understand yours: what you’ve been carrying, what matters to you, and what you hope can change.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your relationships, you deserve a place where you can feel heard and supported.
Connect with me, and let’s navigate your journey together.

READY TO GET STARTED?
You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
You may know exactly what you want to work on, or you may simply know that something needs to change. Either place is okay to start.
If you think we may be a good fit, you can schedule an appointment with me. If you're not sure which Haven therapist would be the best match, we'll help you figure that out too.
