With 14 years of experience, I take a practical, down-to-earth approach focused on helping you feel better not just in session—but in your day-to-day life. I specialize in working with people who are used to managing everything on their own—but are starting to feel overwhelmed or burned out.

Happy loves helping our clients feel safe, calm, and comfortable. With a gentle nature and an affectionate personality, Happy has a special way of helping clients feel at ease, welcomed, and supported from the moment they connect with Haven of Healing.
As part of the therapy team, Happy is learning how to provide emotional support through quiet companionship, grounding interactions, and unconditional positive regard. Whether it’s offering a reassuring cuddle during in-person visits, a calming presence during difficult conversations, or simply a smile on a hard day, Happy’s role is to help create a safe, nurturing environment for healing. Happy’s favorite job is making people smile and helping everyone feel cared for.
Happy is currently in training and participates in sessions (virtual & in-person) when clinically appropriate and with client consent. We look forward to watching Happy grow into a fully certified therapy dog and continue spreading comfort, connection, and cuddles at Haven of Healing.

I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and high-stress life situations. Many of the clients I support are trying to manage responsibilities, emotions, and expectations—but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.
My background includes working across multiple systems of care, including child welfare, intensive home-based therapy, and community mental health. This experience allows me to support clients with complex needs while still focusing on practical, real-life solutions.
I take a structured, supportive approach focused on building skills that actually work—whether that’s improving emotional regulation, managing anxiety, improve focus, or creating more stability in daily life.
